ChatGPT integration privacy
When you connect InvoiceSonic, ChatGPT can use the permissions you approve to find clients, read business defaults and invoice summaries, and prepare or save drafts. Tool responses can include client names and email addresses, business details, invoice line items, dates and totals.
InvoiceSonic stores the account connection and hashed authorization credentials so access can be verified and revoked. Unsaved draft previews expire after 15 minutes; saved draft references support duplicate-save protection for 30 days. Expired records are removed in bounded cleanup batches during subsequent use, so deletion may occur later than expiry.
Your existing invoices remain in InvoiceSonic under its normal retention policy. PDF links require sign-in. Passwords, browser cookies, payment credentials and permanent invoice-sharing tokens are not returned to ChatGPT.
Disconnect through ChatGPT connections to revoke future access. Information already returned to ChatGPT remains subject to your ChatGPT settings and OpenAI’s policies.
