Invoice Sonic

Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 July 2026

These terms govern your use of Invoice Sonic — the invoicesonic.com website and the Invoice Sonic mobile app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

Invoice Sonic lets you create, send, and manage invoices, quotes, and client records. We provide the software; you are responsible for the accuracy of the documents you create and for meeting your own tax, invoicing, and record-keeping obligations. Invoice Sonic does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.

Your account

Keep your login credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.

Acceptable use

You may not use Invoice Sonic to create fraudulent or misleading documents, break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Your data

You own the content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify features over time; if we materially reduce a paid feature we will endeavour to give notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoice Sonic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Termination

You can stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
