Cleaning Business Scheduling Software

Remember the visit, the extras and who still owes you.

Cleaning jobs often look identical on a calendar but differ at the property: a new access code, an extra room or a different client contact. InvoiceSonic ties each appointment to a job record and client so you can check the details before the visit and invoice the work after it. It is a practical fit for solo cleaners who want scheduling and billing together.

What you get

See upcoming cleans

Add an appointment to each job and review scheduled visits by day.

Keep the property clear

Save the client, service location and job notes so you know which clean is next.

Handle changed work

Note an agreed extra clean or different scope and reflect it in the invoice.

Invoice completed visits

Create an invoice from the job and track whether it has been paid.

Prepare regular billing

Recurring invoicing can prepare repeat invoices for review and sending; visit appointments themselves are set on jobs.

Stay simple

Useful for individual appointments. It does not automatically generate recurring visits, plan cleaner routes or dispatch a crew.

How it works

  1. 1

    Add the property

Create the job with the client, property and cleaning scope.

  2. 2

    Schedule the visit

Set an appointment and check the day's work in Schedule.

  3. 3

    Review extras and invoice

Record any agreed extras, invoice the visit and follow the payment status.

A regular client with a one-off extra

An appointment-based clean with the invoice tied to what happened.

Job
Save the client, property and standard cleaning scope.
Visit
Set this week's appointment and note the access details.
Extra
Record the customer's approved oven clean before invoicing.
Invoice
List the standard clean and extra work separately, then check when it is paid.

Takeaway: For repeat clients, set each visit appointment as needed. Recurring invoices and recurring appointments are separate workflows.

Plan the next clean

Keep the property, appointment and invoice together.

Frequently asked questions

Can I schedule cleaning visits and invoice clients?

Yes. Set an appointment on a cleaning job and create an invoice from the job after the visit.

Will it automatically add weekly cleaning appointments?

No. The current Jobs workspace does not automatically generate recurring visits. You can set each appointment and use recurring invoicing separately for regular billing.

Can I dispatch a cleaning crew or optimise routes?

No. Staff dispatch, route planning and payroll are outside the current Jobs workflow.

Can I track unpaid cleaning invoices?

Yes. InvoiceSonic tracks invoice status and outstanding balances, with reminders available according to the account plan.
