What's included in the 7-day free trial?
Full Pro access for 7 days: unlimited invoices, recurring invoice drafts, custom branding, invoice open tracking, online quote acceptance, reminders and advanced analytics. A card is required to start the trial. You'll be charged A$19/month (or A$168/year if you picked annual) after day 7 unless you cancel.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard in two clicks. If you cancel during the 7-day trial you won't be charged. If you cancel after, you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my invoices if I downgrade?
All your historical invoices stay accessible forever. You only lose access to Pro features like unlimited creation, recurring invoices, and custom branding. Your data is never deleted.
How does the annual plan save 26%?
Monthly Pro is A$19/month (A$228/year). Annual Pro is A$168 billed once a year — that's A$14/month equivalent, saving you A$60 vs paying monthly. You're price-locked: your rate never increases as long as your subscription is active.
Do I need to be in Australia to use InvoiceSonic?
No. InvoiceSonic supports 19 countries with localised tax labels (GST, VAT, Sales Tax), tax ID formats (ABN, VAT Number, EIN), bank field formats (BSB, Routing Number, Sort Code, IBAN), and currency symbols. The same pricing applies worldwide.
Is the trial the same on iPhone?
Yes. InvoiceSonic Pro includes the same 7-day trial on the web and iPhone. The App Store may show pricing in your local currency.
Is my data secure?
InvoiceSonic uses encrypted HTTPS connections and account access controls. Subscription payments are handled by Stripe, so InvoiceSonic never receives or stores your full card details. See the privacy policy for current hosting and data-handling details.
